Bertie Cordingley

Director

Bertie has been building businesses for over 30 years. He co-founded FillMyBelly, which became the UK's third-largest takeaway platform before being acquired by Just Eat in 2012. That experience taught him what actually matters in business: your team, your customers, and keeping your word. Today, Bertie leads NotLuck, helping brilliant-but-busy founders implement CRM and automation systems that actually get used. He also runs Bertiecord, offering straight-talking business coaching to owners and managers who want practical guidance rather than motivational platitudes. Deeply embedded in Nottingham's business community, Bertie regularly speaks at events, supports local charities, and believes that building a business should mean building something good for the place you're in.

Oliver Cordingley

Technical Director

Oliver is the technical backbone of Peppercord's operations. A self-taught developer with an instinct for building systems that actually work, he's responsible for much of the infrastructure that powers NotLuck and keeps the family of brands running smoothly. While his parents were building FillMyBelly, Oliver was taking things apart to see how they worked. That curiosity turned into genuine expertise: he now architects the automation workflows, integrations, and technical solutions that NotLuck delivers to clients. Oliver proves that formal credentials matter less than the ability to solve problems. When something breaks at 11pm or a client needs a custom integration that doesn't exist yet, he's the one who makes it happen.
