1. About these terms
These terms of use govern your access to and use of the websites and services operated by Peppercord Limited, including all brands listed in Section 2. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all of the above unless a specific brand has its own additional terms, in which case those additional terms will be made available on the relevant website.
3. Account registration
3.1 Shared accounts
Peppercord Limited operates a single account system. When you register for any Peppercord brand, you create one account that may be used across all Peppercord services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Accuracy of information
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must update your details promptly if they change.
3.3 Account security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use, you must notify us immediately at hello@peppercord.co.uk.
3.4 Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that we reasonably consider to be harmful to our services or other users.
4. Use of our services
4.1 Permitted use
You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You must not use our services:
- In any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- To send, knowingly receive, upload, or distribute any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
- To impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or any connected networks.
- To introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious or technologically harmful material.
- To scrape, harvest, or extract data from our services without our written consent.
4.2 Product-specific terms
Individual brands may have additional terms relating to the specific products or services they offer. These will be presented to you at the point of purchase or use and form part of your agreement with us.
5. Orders and payments
5.1 Placing orders
When you place an order through any Peppercord brand, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. A binding contract is formed when we send this confirmation.
5.2 Pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5.3 Payment processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Depending on which brand you purchase from, the charge on your bank or card statement may show a different trading name. All payments are received by Peppercord Limited.
5.4 Refunds
Refund policies may vary by brand and product type. Specific refund terms will be provided at the point of purchase. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
6. Consumer rights
6.1 Right to cancel
For online purchases of goods, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This period begins the day after you receive your goods.
6.2 Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made products (e.g. printed business cards, personalised gifts) once production has begun.
- Digital content once downloading or streaming has started, if you have given your consent and acknowledged that you lose your cancellation right.
- Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
6.3 How to cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at hello@peppercord.co.uk with your order details. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or of receiving evidence that goods have been sent back).
7. Intellectual property
7.1 Our content
All content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Peppercord Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Your content
Where you upload content to our services (e.g. card designs, images, text), you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant Peppercord Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the relevant service.
7.3 Restrictions
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent. This does not apply to content you have created yourself using our tools, which remains yours.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1 Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
8.2 Exclusions
Subject to Section 8.1, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of our services.
8.3 Service availability
We do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw our services without notice for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peppercord Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your use of our services.
10. Third-party links
Our websites may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those websites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
