What it is
Elevate is the virtual studio: more than 200 classes, meditations and wellbeing practices, for stress, sleep, strength and sensuality, from £9.99 a month. Around it sit short courses, from the free Ease Into Yoga to Dealing With Stress and Yoga For Sex.
Lee-ann also teaches workshops, guest-teaches, and mentors yoga teachers who want practical help building a business of their own.
Why we built it
Yoga should fit your life, not the other way round. No rushing to a studio, no worrying about the timetable, and all of it for less than the cost of one in-person class.
Every class is trauma-informed, because the people who need yoga most are often the ones a busy studio quietly loses.
