What it is
Bertie mentors a small number of business owners at a time. The work is strategic clarity, operational insight, honest challenge and practical action, and every conversation ends with something concrete to do.
Why we built it
Bertie has sat on both sides of the deal table. He built FillMyBelly, sold it to Just Eat, and worked inside Just Eat afterwards. Running an automation agency now means he sees how businesses actually work, not how they look on paper.
Most owners do not need motivation. They need someone with nothing to gain from telling them what they want to hear.
